Moon Phase: Full Moon. Super Moon.

Weather: Perfect Summer Day. Sunny, Warm and breezy. Not humid at all. Blue bird skies.

Synchronicities, weird shit, whatever:  Not so far today. Well for Weird shit- I laid outside today to soak up the Solar energy from the Spiritual sun and possibly Sirius during the dog days of summer and the lions gate portal. Is that weird enough for ya?

Intention: I am a channel for Creative Energy and I am Grateful

Notes: Going to use Sunglasses today instead of the ski goggles. Hopefully it works better.

Idea Going In:  Listening to Rick Rubin talk about creativity got me out of my other state and into a creative one. I enjoy and relate heavily with his ideas on creativity.

Idea Coming Out: I am 1/3rd of the way completed with this project. I have come so far with this project.

New Ideas, Insights, Process Improvement: Using Sunglasses instead of the Ski goggle. Worked mostly well. Still a bit of fog at times. Used green neck scarf hair thingy instead of black handkerchief. Worked ok.

Would like to get a new forest Green baklava and trippy handkerchief as well to wrap around. Time to find some of these things that are a bit more stylish.

Using A mirror to Reflect the SUN into the bowl itself. This is pretty clever and will work well on sunny days.

One song heard for the bowl: Just BRAIN.FM meditation being played. Worked on coming back to the present moment. Every time I noticed a thought or running away thought process. I would note it and congratulate myself for catching it and then begin again.

It worked pretty well. I enjoyed the practice.
